Remove any excess residue on the upholstery.
Press down over the stain with a tissue / damp cloth and rub the fabric gently in circular movements. If the stain does not come off completely, repeat the process as required. Mild detergent can be used on tougher stains.
Ballpoint pen can be erased by using a dry cloth / tissue in circular movements.
Permanent marker stains will not be completely removed.
