UK Sales Administrator - Sutton-in-Ashfield

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UK Sales Administrator to join our busy Telesales department. Please note we provide an inbound sales service only and do not make any outbound sales/ cold calls. The role will involve:

  • Proving excellent customer service by promptly answering and dealing with all incoming telephone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Responding to customer’s requests / queries and taking appropriate action when required
  • To organise: samples, representative calls, customer service queries, fire certificates, technical information, and amendments to customer orders
  • Organising reserves and/or stock cuttings at customers’ request
  • Taking calls for the wider business, transferring calls to relevant department and taking messages
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Maintaining the sales email inbox and answering all queries professionally

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communications skills both verbal and written and you will be IT competent with good typing and keyboard skills. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional, organised, flexible, approachable and friendly.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable gardener who will be responsible for the general maintenance and development of various gardens and surrounding areas of Romo Head Office. Our aim is to create a garden environment that is in keeping with our high quality and contemporary building and can be safely enjoyed by both employees and visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to use your initiative to carry out a varied range of gardening duties, requiring a minimum amount of supervision. You should be physically fit as there will be a requirement to manage small and heavy machinery. You will be friendly and professional with a clear and methodical approach to work, and meticulous attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident providing guidance and advice to management on matters related to the garden.

The ideal candidate will have a horticultural qualification and knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and organic gardening methods. You will have a current clean driving licence with category B.

Met deze nieuwe functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle product en collectie gerelateerde vragen voor het klantenbestand wat van binnenuit bediend wordt. Jij zet nieuwe collecties uit bij de juiste klanten, helpt waar nodig met hun projecten en andere vragen. Hierin weet jij als professional hoe je het gesprek aan moet gaan om samen met een klant te groeien maar durft ook het gesprek aan te gaan als groei uitblijft. Je voert je taken uit vanuit ons kantoor en showroom in Houten en werkt daardoor veel telefonisch en online. Jij bent aanspreekpunt in onze showroom voor eigen klanten maar ook als een andere adviseur niet aanwezig kan zijn.

Naast je sales taken ondersteun je onze binnendienst in de serviceverlening, orderverwerking en andere taken. We werken met een klein team en er liggen voldoende uitdagingen. Hiervoor kijken we graag samen wat past en wat jij leuk zou vinden. Denk in mogelijkheden als facilitair, service, projecten en offertes.

We zoeken iemand met enkele jaren werkervaring in de interieurbranche. Je schakelt makkelijk, pakt snel dingen op en weet goed hoe je digitaal kunt werken. Je bent sociaal, begrijpt op en top wat serviceverlening inhoudt en durft ook een kritisch gesprek aan te gaan. Je bent minimaal 32 uur in de week beschikbaar en woonachtig in de omgeving van Utrecht.

Tot je takenpakket behoren onder andere:

  • Monitoren en helpen van eigen klantenbestand vanuit kantoor.
  • Uitzetten van nieuwe collecties bij jouw klantenbestand via telefoon of mail.
  • Helpen van klanten op afspraak in onze showroom.
  • Klantactiviteiten op socials (insta, LinkedIn) (op)volgen
  • Ondersteuning binnendienst: opvolgen van telefoon, mail en bestellingen.

Functie eisen;

  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in de interieurbranche
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, met zakelijk Engels, in woord en geschrift.
  • HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Dienstverlenende instelling en accuraat
  • Je weet van aanpakken en bent in staat snel te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
  • Ervaring in sales is een must
  • Vaste werkdagen
  • Uitstekende kennis outlook, teams, office.
