UK Sales Manager - Field-Based

We have an exciting opportunity for a UK Sales Manager with experience and expertise in the luxury interiors industry (textiles preferred).

Leading a high performing team of Field Sales Representatives (covering the UK and Ireland), you will ensure long-term customer relationships are established, nurtured and developed to achieve sales growth in both residential and contract markets.

Responsible for the promotion and selling of fabric, wallcoverings, accessories and patterning formats for our six established brands across the UK, you will also act as primary contact for specific key customer accounts. Applying your excellent product and industry knowledge, you will provide market and customer insight and help guide our future offerings. Participating at customer meetings, presentations and events, you will be an Ambassador for our Company, embodying our values and showing genuine enthusiasm and passion for our brands.

We are looking for:

  • Passion and expertise in relation to interiors, design and textiles
  • Successful previous experience gained from senior sales roles in the luxury interiors industry – you will have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales growth
  • Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and good IT skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint). Familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Full clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel around the UK and Ireland (This is a ‘Field-based’ role involving extensive travel to visit clients. There will also be a requirement to spend meaningful time at our Head Office in Nottinghamshire and regularly visit our London Showroom and Design Studios).
  • Existing network of industry contracts – an advantage
  • Experience working with Licensing partners – an advantage
  • B2C / Direct to Consumer sales experience – an advantage
