Description
ADAPT explores being reactive to our surroundings and overcoming obstacles, represented by weaving over and under creating the basket weave structure of this textile. A metaphor for the Kirkby studio who are constantly overcoming challenges, learning more and more about sustainable textiles. ADAPT is made of entirely recycled fibres, so no dye is used in the making of the textiles, saving on water, energy and chemicals.
